Rusky

Rusky.. the name that i have just gave to my new puppy..
it was given by my mums friend.. cuz her dog gave birth to alot.. so brought one over..
mum agreed on accepting it.. but it was suppose to go to the office in the first place..
but since it reached my hse.. i have an urge to keep it and raise it...
have the urge to challege the taking care of a puppy..

okay.. some of u may know.. its a rottweiler..
black coated fur with golden-brown colour on the chest, legs and thighs..
1 month plus according to mums friend..

it made my life slightly harder..
let me tell u about yesterday... i got it on thursday 26th april evening..
it came in a box.. i was told on how to feed him.. how much.. when.. and so on..
after that.. i played with him awhile.. yea.. its a male..
and he went around pee-ing and poo-ing in my house frontyard...
it was everywhere... so i had to put it back to its box for the mean time to make sure it does not dirty the place any more..

when its back in its box.. i understand that its very uncomfortable.. but there is just no choice..
it is naughty and whenever its in the box.. he will 'meronta-ronta' his way out...
so i basically have to look after him until dad and mum comes back...
and finally they did..

Dad came back with a dog chain.. at least it doesnt go everywhere and do everything....
so we tied him up and left him there... while mum made some dinner for him..
he had some milk and rice and some dog food..
after a few hours.. i brought him out for a walk.. and also for him to do business la..
and then come back.. we left him alone...

i went in to study.. for my trials paper today... but couldnt study much.. as rusky was always barking...
he tries to get our attention... when no one layan him.. he will stop.. but after awhile.. he barks again...
then i would have to go check on him..
see how he is doing..
talk to him abit...
he seems to understand abit somehow..

so then.. sky gets dark.. day turn night.. and we have to leave the lights on for him..
cuz when we offed the lights.. he would bark..
probably still young and scared...
he would somehow bark after sometime unattended..
he bark.. i go check on him.. talk abit.. then when i leave.. he would like wont want me to leave..
he will bark abit for me to go back to him..
but i cant layan him all the time.. =/

when its at night.. i was worried that he would bark and wake the neighbours..
so i slept in the living room..
i woke up at 1.30.. 3.30 and 5.30..
in the morning..
cuz he barked alot..
i would try to ignore short barks to make him get use to it...
but no...

i woke up once..
dont know what he wants..
i grab some dog food... feed him.. he ate hungrily...
so i thought he must be hungry
i go make milk for him... cannot use hot water.. must be warm.. so i stirred one for him..
he licks abit.. then walk away adi...
so i thought.. maybe its not warm enough..
so i went and boil water to make a warmer milk for him..
he kept barking when i was away..
i got the milk.. it was too hot.. i kept testing the tempreture with my finger..
it wasjust too hot.. so i sat there beside him.. stir the milk.. and waited for it too cool..
i give it to him when it was right..
but he drink abit.. and walked away.. like the first time..
gosh.. at that point.. i really dunno what to do..
exam on the following day.. havent revised much.. im gone case...
then after some long while.. i rubbed/ massaged him.. to sleep..
when i walk to the door.. he wakes up again.. and barks for me.. i told him.. i cant layan u all the time.. and im tired too... and i asked him to go sleep...
after that.. i went in and slept at the couch..

i really learned something out of this.. its quite a valuable experience in life..
its like taking care of a baby.. not knowing what is ur baby crying for..
it just cries...
for my case.. it just barks.. and i always fear that it would waken my neighbours..
its an experience in life..
and im glad to have rusky.. =)
oh.. its barking again.. >.<

COOK OUT~

WARNING : this will really lag ur comp.. please be patient..

we had a cook out last saturday.. 12 april... everyone was to prepare a dish (cook) (yes cook) for all of us.. some sort like a pot luck.. but each of us was required to cook something..
Have to thank lijun for letting us have the cook out at her place...
so i guess i will start...

Shyan and Janice
they basically prepared a american breakfast? ahhaa.. something like that..
and janice fried eggs.. and sausages.. and french toast.. wah... clap clap clap..
it was something interesting to look at.. haha.. so then.. their pics..

saw the specially designed hiasan... with janice's egg which she is very proud of...

ME
hmm.. simplily prepared "smoked mashed potato" cuz 'chau da' or u can say over cook...
so end up with the smell of smoke.. hahaa.. and it was too salty..

ngek ngek ngek.. i even got ppl to help me stir.. i just leave it there to boil and just run away..

Kin Foong
the classic mackeral (spelling correct ah?) nvm.. classic mackeral cooked with onions..

solo cooking leh.. dun pray pray...

Sook Yin
pok pok pok... siu gai yik~~.. oops.. should be 'zha kai yik'
fried chicken simple to eat and simply delicious...

saw that? i tried to arrange nice nice.. but havent cook finish already kena 'tiap' by me.. kakaka..

Sarah & Xin Ee
ok.. i have to make it clear that they each made two different food.. one each..
Sarah made jelly.. done at home cuz its time consuming.. u can see it in some of the pics below.. its in the yellow container.. haha.. oops..

Xinee however.. made her 'garlic bread-xinee style'
din manage to take pics of her.. cuz she using oven.. inside the hse..
and she was the other photographer.. obviously she wont take pics when she is making her dish..
and i was outside.. kaka.. sry >.<

haha.. ok.. the things in brown are not what u think it is.. its actually milo flavoured pancakes.. which taste slightly nicer than the original.. ahhaa..

there is even star shape.. and a love shape.. din manage to take a pic of it...

it shows that a cooking dummy can do wonders..

Black sauce pork.. yes.. no malays in the hse.. kaka.. self brewed sauce..

and i, as the first tester.. (always)..

find it quite nice.. tender very nice to chew on..

really beyond expectations..

but as usual.. vienna is still the same vienna.. she had ppl to record her cooking..

there were probably like 2 cameras recording her cooking under her request..
